The parts counter belongs to the dealer.
A nationwide geo-intelligent marketplace that pools dealer-owned parts and accessories inventory — routing every order to the nearest dealer with stock, and returning the revenue where it was always supposed to go.
Stale inventory is killing dealer working capital.
Every dealer has the same back-shelf problem: fast-moving parts fly off the shelf, but a real slice of every order sits. Then it ages. Then it dies.
Full breakdown →Roughly one out of every five parts on a dealer's shelf is slow-moving or stale at any given time.
Meanwhile, consumers moved online — and online-only retailers built massive distribution footprints to serve them. The revenue that used to cross the parts counter now flows somewhere else entirely, while the stock that could have filled those orders sits unsold in a warehouse two states away from the customer who wanted it.
The inventory exists. The demand exists. The problem is simply that no one has ever built the connection between them.

One network. Three ways to move every part.
BrappZone turns the back shelves of 1,300 dealerships into one searchable, geo-routed, shipping-ready catalog. Dealers keep their margin. Customers get their part.
All three channels →Service
SwapSource parts from other dealers — faster than OEM.
When a service department needs a part yesterday, BrappZone finds the nearest co-op dealer with it in stock and clears it for transfer. Quicker turnaround than an OEM emergency order, cheaper than a wasted service bay.

Riders shop the pooled inventory on BrappZone.com or on each dealer's own site through our embedded plugin. Every search is geo-matched to the closest dealer holding that part — so the customer, and the revenue, stay local.

The five steps in detail →Dealer Enrolls
The dealer joins the co-op, uploads their parts inventory, and activates the BrappZone plugin on their existing website. Onboarding is handled by our team.
Order Comes In
A consumer or service department searches the network. Our geolocation engine identifies the closest dealer with that exact part in stock.
60-Min Claim
That dealer receives an SMS and dashboard alert and has 60 minutes to claim the order. If it's not claimed, the system auto-escalates to the next-nearest dealer in stock.
Fulfillment
The claiming dealer ships the part, preps it for pickup, or transfers it to the consumer's local dealer — whichever the buyer selected at checkout.
Revenue Flows
BrappZone processes payment and settles with the dealer. Stale inventory becomes working capital — and the dealer keeps a new customer relationship.
Online-only retailers ship from a handful of distribution centers. BrappZone ships from every enrolled dealer.
The buyer picks. We route.
Whether the customer wants to walk in, pick it up at their local shop, or have it shipped to their garage — the experience is one consistent checkout.
Compare the options →Pickup at Dealer
Customer buys online and walks in. Foot traffic in the door, with the chance to upsell accessories, install labor, or a machine service at the counter.
Ship to Dealer
Order is transferred to the customer's local dealer for pickup — useful for large parts, fitment confirmation, or customers who already have a service relationship in town.
Ship to Home
Standard direct shipping. The nearest fulfilling dealer packs and ships — faster delivery for the buyer, lower shipping cost for the seller.
Built for dealers. Not around them.
Other marketplaces compete with the dealer. BrappZone is the dealer — at national scale.
